Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


No Returns Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or if the item does not meet personal expectations.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us at support@feedell.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

To help us evaluate the issue, please provide:

  • Clear photos or videos of the item

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

After review, if the issue is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. No return of the item will be required unless otherwise stated.


Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.

However, refunds will only be granted if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. For all other cases, cancellations or refund requests will not be accepted.


Refund Processing

If your refund is approved due to a confirmed defect or error, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
